The app offers a firmware update possibility. Unfortunately, doing so might also result in data loss. Maybe the firmware on the monitor has hung. My app has not hung while synchronizing data. I frequently don't drive for several days, but I occasionally walk past our parked i3 and want data to be transferred automatically which seems to be happening.
